Quokkacorn validates the idea, scopes the product, generates a buildable
project package, deploys it to a per-venture Google Cloud project, and
operates billing, analytics, hosting, and platform upgrades.

Two entry paths:
1. Bring Your Niche — founder identifies a problem and audience; Quokkacorn
   validates, scopes, builds, launches, and operates.
2. Adopt a Studio Venture — pick up a pre-built operator-business template
   (e.g. Voice Agent, FairWorks) and commercialise it in your region.

- Alumni (post-cap): A$299 base, A$799 at A$500k+ ARR, A$1,999 at A$2M+ ARR

## One-off Bridges

- Venture Pack (A$99 once): PDF export of brief/research/scope/backlog from Free,
  credits the full A$99 toward your next paid month if you continue within 45 days
- Build Pack (A$249 once): per-venture add-on for Builder that unlocks full Build
  Package export, credits the full A$249 toward Pro if you upgrade within 90 days

## Revenue Share Terms

- 12% of net venture revenue (gross receipts less refunds, chargebacks, GST — per Founder MSA §4.1)
- Capped at A$250k or 36 months — whichever comes first
- Deferred until 5 paying customers AND A$3k MRR (both required)
- Buyout at 24× last month's rev-share payment
- After cap, roll onto Alumni (0% rev share, flat hosting)
